Abstract

Abstract: Hostage or Gjzeling is one tax collection efforts to penanggung pajak in certain places within a maximum period of 6 (six) months from the tax insurer placed in the hostage-taking and can be extended for ever 6 (six) months. Many of the constraints faced by jurusita pajak in the line of duty gijzeling, this study aims to explore ways gijzeling using a qualitative approach or non-positivistic with interpretive paradigm in approaching the true reality. The result showed that the efforts made for the success of jurusita pajak in gizjeling process is to: 1) believes that the process gijzeling a law enforcement efforts, the process of education to taxpayers, as well as carry out the mandate of the State to save the state money; 2) manage the conflict with tax insurer with a hang rule to the taxpayer, neutral, professional, and uphold integrity; 3) uploading awareness by downloading "brainwashing" penangung pajak.Key words : Gjzeling, penanggung pajak, jurusita, brainwashing

Abstract

Abstract: Sub-District government as one of the unitslocal government organization has a strategic position being at the forefront of dealing directly with community needs many different background and demand of the ever changing and envolving.Therefore South Bangka Regency Government began to improve immediately public service especially in the areas of health, education and licensing which is seen as something that relates direcly to the public. Form of this is to measure of community satisfaction index.The purpose of this study is excepted to be taken info consideration to establish a policy with the goal of increasing the service element that quality still needs improvement and drivers of each unit of service providers to increase service quality especially public service unit at South Bangka Regency. The result of community satisfasction index survey on the implementation of public service through community satisfaction index on Eigth Districts at South Bangka Regency year 2014 overall reach 72.22 or categories of service quality in the category “B” or service performance “GOOD”.Value of Community satisfaction index the highest achieved by Districs Toboali  with achievement 77.92 and service quality “B” (good performance), and the IKM lowest value obtained by Simpang Rimba Districts with IKM Value 66.35.3 Units of the Service from 8 districts at South Bangka Regency has IKM Value above the average IKM value that is: Districts Toboali, Districts Kepulauan Pongok, dan Districts Air Gegas.There are stil some units of service needs to be improved, so it is recommended their advanced studiesor surveys on each unit of service to determine the problem lies deeper.Generally the ideal condition excepted by the public is improving the quality of service bureaucracy by creating procedures and working mechanism that is easy, simply, brief, facilitate the service requirements that are not directly speed up service time, the certainty of schedule, improving the ability of service personal and repair clarity, discipline, as well as the presence of service personnel in place.People also expect the change to the element of convenience in the form of environmental service office, parking facilities, suggestion boxes, complaint means, a lounge area, as well as concerning the equipment, and facilities infrastructure for public services.Keywords: Public Service, South Bangka Regency, Community Satisfaction Index (IKM), Kep/25/M.Pan/2/2004,

Abstract

Abstract: This study analyzes the aspects of market, marketing, and finance of the small business of traditional snack industries. Analysis on these aspects is required in order to determine the feasibility of business development of small business of traditional Bangka snack industries.This study uses quantitative and qualitative analysis to analyze aspects of market, marketing and finance. For the market aspects, there are analyses of demand, supply and market forms. For the marketing aspects, there are analyses of market segmentation, target market, market positioning, SWOT analysis, competitor and marketing mix, while for the financial aspect there are analyses of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, Profitabilty Index (PI) .Keywords: Bangka snack indsutries, Aspect of Market, Marketing and Finance.

Abstract

Abstract : The number of foreign tourists who come to Sabang do not increase in the last 3 years. In 2011, foreign tourists who came to Sabang amounted to 5,055 people. But the next year dropped to about 4,622 people. In 2013, while it increased but the increase is very small. This indicates a lack of foreign tourists decision to decide maritime tourist destinations in Sabang as one destination tourist destinations. Low-making visit is not independent of the image is less strong maritime tourist destinations in Sabang as one of the tourist destinations are worth a visit by tourists.The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of distinctive capabilities and integrated marketing communication to the image of Weh Island tourist destination.Sampel in this study were 160 tourists who had visited Sabang. Testing this hypothesis is to analyze the value of Critical Ratio (CR) and the Probability (P) if the results of the data, compared with the required statistical limits, ie above 1.96 for the value of CR and below 0.05 for the value of P (probability). Of 5 verificatif hypotheses are tested, all of them passed the test by using two criteria exist. Then to 5 of this hypothesis is accepted. Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of family ownerships and foreign ownerships on corporate social responsibility disclosure in Manufacturing Companies at Basic Industry and Chemical Sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study hypothesized that there is positive effect of family and foreign ownerships on CSR disclosures level. The sample of the study consist of 40 annual report at 2012 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The empirical results of the study show that family ownership is significantlyeffect thedisclosureof corporate social responsibility(CSR). However, the coefficientsare negative. Abstract

Abstract: This  research  motivated by  the  condition  of  competition between  instant message service providers company are increasingly widespread even been able to beat the users of short message service (SMS) in Indonesia.This research purposeful to determine effect of the trust, quality of service and value perception to customer satisfaction on the users of blackberry messenger. Respondents in this research were students  of  economic  faculties  Syiah  Kuala  University  Banda  Aceh  users  of blackberry messenger as 100 people. The sampling technique used in this research is the purpose sampling. Analysis in this research used multiple linear regression.The results of this research stated that partially trust, quality of service and value perception have positive effect and significant to customer satisfaction. Based on the result showed that the variable of value perception have the biggest effect that is 36 percent with significance 0,000 Adjusted R square 0.364 showed that 36.4 percent of the variance of customer satisfaction is explained by independent variable in the regression equation, while the other 64.6 percent is explained by other variables not examined in this research.Keywords: Trust, Service Quality, Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the relationship between customers’ satisfaction orientation towards implementing Islamic marketing in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) through examining the dimensions of service quality and Islamic marketing. In order to achieve the study objectives, questionnaires were designed and distributed over 185 samples of SME entrepreneurs in Banda Aceh. The questionnaires were collected and analyzed by using the modified SERVQUAL model and analyzed with Cronbach Alpha and multiple regression analysis.The study concluded that service quality represented by tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy were positively related towards Islamic marketing, with the exception of reliability variable that did not have any effect on Islamic marketing. The  results  of  this  study  will  be  useful  for  policy-making  by  authorities  in  Indonesia  that  are responsible for the development of SME sector, especially the Islamic marketing  system. Future research is needed to study further on the readiness of the customers for a full-fledged of Islamic marketing implementation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh investasi dan angkatan kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Aceh. Hipotesis diuji dan di analisis mengunakan metode Analisis Regresi Berganda. Aspek yang dianalisis mencakup variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi (PDRB), investasi dan angkatan kerja. Hasil Estimasi menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran investasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sedangkan, angkatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pemerintah daerah harus benar-benar menyadari indikator apa yang mampu memacu Tingkat investasi guna menekan angka pengangguran, baik itu yang disebabkan oleh meningkatnya tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan tenaga kerja lokal atau perubahan struktur ekonomi ke arah yang lebih modern. Dan diharapkan juga kepada pemerintah daerah untuk lebih serius dalam mamperhatikan kondisi ketenagakerjaan, dengan memperhatikan pengalokasian anggaran terutama pada pengeluaran pemerintah daerah dalam bidang sumberdaya manusia dan ketenaga kerjaan, guna menciptakan tenaga kerja yang handal, baik yang mampu mengadopsi teknologi-teknologi baru sehingga dapat lebih terserap dipasar tenaga kerja, yang kemudian membawa dampak pengangguran yang terus menurun serta kepada semua elemen masyarakat harus memulai prinsip kewirausahaan, agar dalam mencari kerja tidak hanya manunggu lowongan kerja, tetapi mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja baru.Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Investasi dan Angkatan Kerja.
